Chief Financial Officer
Joel is responsible for making sure the financial commitments of Bridge Industries run smoothly. He is uniquely equipped to handle that responsibility.
Joel graduated from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania with a degree in economics, majoring in accounting.
Joel first met Jeff Berlin at American Consumer Products Inc. (ACPI) in 1990, when Joel was Vice President of Finance and Jeff served as Director of Corporate Development. Together, they completed two successful acquisitions before Jeff moved on to Hawk in 1991.
At ACPI, Joel served as the senior financial officer with responsibility for SEC reporting and for financial management of six subsidiaries and divisions
In 1997 Joel Joined Truseal Technologies as VP- Finance, CFO and the General Manager of the company’s equipment business. He served in these capacities until he joined Bridge in 2007.
At Truseal, Joel served as a key advisor to the private equity sponsor and Board of Directors on strategic, operational and financial matters as the Company reevaluated its strategies and focused on successful product development and major manufacturing cost reductions.
Since joining Bridge, Joel has been deeply involved in transactions and activities to help our companies grow and prosper.
