In 2004, Bridge acquired Multi Products, a 50-year-old regional producer of engineered oil and gas equipment and systems. Multi Products designed and manufactured its systems in a 30,000 square foot CNC fabrication and electronic assembly facility in Millersburg, OH. Bridge developed a management team, extended the product line, and built systems capable of dealing with global energy companies.
During Bridge’s 12-year ownership period, sales and distribution were expanded into all active North American oil and gas markets. Multi worked closely with the largest global energy producers to improve their well operating efficiency. During the transition to shale, Multi developed new products and systems to continue its growth, ultimately leading to its sale in 2016 to a strategic acquirer.
